“Buddy” Gadams of Marathon Development was named the Peter G. Decker, Jr. Downtowner of the Year at the Annual Meeting of the Downtown Norfolk Council.
Mayor Paul Fraim presented the award, saying, “Buddy and what he has done in Downtown is one of the great stories of our city’s rebirth.”
